I have never been made to feel as if a medical professional cared less about my health, my concerns or my responsibilities. Dr Shaffer was rude, snapped at me during a pelvic exam and was dismissive of my questions, ignoring me when I expressed concerns. She didn't even say goodbye, just left the room. Leaving,I knew nothing about the procedure she was scheduling until her assistant called me...
