I have been a patient for several years and have always liked Dr. Nouri as a dentist, but his staff needs to be replaced because they continually get insurance matters mixed up, appointments mixed up, and just seem a bit rude and out dated as far as knowing how to communicate effectively with patients. I don't understand why they never get pre authorization prior to appointments but instead...

I visted Dr. Nuri on Preston Rd, Dallas late last year. I never received an invoice from them, even though i insisted several time. The amount that they charged me was way higher than what was submitted to my insurance....Please, check your claims, the staff can be very dishonest regarding the amount that they charge you and what they actually submitted to the insurance (if they actually did)....
