This is the second time I've bought a lap top from them.I went back because of the great customer service I had the first time, and they exceeded it the second time.Big shout-out to Andy Kim who went the extra mile to get me in-and-out in a little over an hour with all files transferred from my old PC to the new one.Unqualified recommendation.
