Horrible experience. My wait time wasn't too bad, but felt extremely rushed when I was seen. In and out in 5 minutes. The NP (I didn't even see a doctor) seemed frustrated with me as I explained my symptoms and she asked me questions. I felt like they had a "you're not sick enough to be here" attitude. Their …

Horrible wait times. Have been told on several occasions that the doctors will see me in 15 minutes have been sitting here for 3 hours. Will never be back..

Great care, great doctors but typical for Norton, computer systems are down & the place shuts down. This has happened multiple times at multiple locations. At least they were truthful here. Other Norton locations just lie about it when systems are down. I've sworn off Norton because of poor support staff. Unfortunately, this is the only reasonably close alternative.
