They offer a free class, with all sewing machine sales, Sue was the lady who showed me all the features my new machine, she is very friendly, and has vast knowlege, it was a pleasure doing business with them, and will continue to reffer all my sewing friends there.

Sewing maching taken in for a tune up came back damaged and no longer useable. No response to emails or calls. Store dirty and unorganized. Not what it used to be in previous location and management. A very expensive loss of a previous trusted business.

Had I been wise enough to research this place first, I would have never gone in. I went in on a whim when I was getting lunch and this ended up being the most expensive lunch of my life. A word of caution, if you do go, make sure you ask for the store's policies in writing. The owner makes them up as he goes along and then says it is your fault for not asking. The customer is always wrong here.
