This bank makes things so inconvenient by closing at 6 and I get off work at 6.My job doesn't have direct deposit either. Other banks close at 7 might close my account here and go elsewhere.

I've been a customer for 10 years. I've never had a problem or issue with them and if I had to call, their customer service was great. Their fraud team does an excellent job of watching your account too for unauthorized transactions. Online banking is very easy and it only takes a day for a transfer to process. Their ATM's have gotten better as you now have "user preferences" so you can...

Don't bring rolls of coins to put into the coin sorter, they're already sorted and you can take them up to the teller just like cash...seriously what the hell is wrong with people??
