I called Northwest Roofing and Dave came out to see my home. He gave me a verbal estimate on how much it would cost to re-shingle my roof. Dave told me I would be receiving an email with a written proposal the following day.

I never received an email with the proposal, so I called and spoke with Dave. I told Dave I never received the written proposal. Dave stated that he would make sure I would receive a written proposal in an email that day, but the office has sent out a proposal in the mail.
