Dr. Cedeno is the nicest doctor I've ever had. Unfortunately the office manager in his practice is the exact opposite. She tried to force me to sign an insurance form that I did not agree with and when I didn't sign, she jerked the paperwork from my hands, wadding the papers up in a ball and called me a crazy lady. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior in my life and for it to come from...
