Northwest Hobbies lost or theft my 500 Traxxas Maxx

I dropped off my first generation Traxxas Maxx last spring with left front end damage to be fixed. I have over 10 cars in my inventory. I called them infrequently then quit calling them cause they said they were awaiting parts. Come January after calling them NWH stated that they didn’t have the Maxx and basically I never dropped it off. Then I was told my mother picked it up which was the Xmaxx and the Bandit. Of course I had to send my mother back for the Xmaxx remote they had lost it and had to provide me with a new one. After calling some more I was told the owner was going to handle the situation possibly provide me with a new car I waited two weeks no phone call. So I called Albany Police to file a theft charge he said it would be a good idea that I go in person in my wheelchair to the store and hash it out with the owner. I did just that. Upon speaking with him he said my cars were there 6 months vice nearly a year. It’s not hard to change your own notes in your system. Then I said I wanted my trucks that they had back to my possession. He brought out my ERevo but not my EMaxx but then later found it and tried saying are you sure it wasn’t your Emaxx your thinking about? I’ve got the empty box the Maxx came in. They had all the parts to fix the Emaxx but I refused their service because I’m appalled at the lost or theft of my item and the lack of responsibility to handle the situation. As a customer you should receive a control item fix it ticket so they don’t lose your items. But that’s not all when they brought me my trucks they brought me the wrong remotes and they had to pull batteries off the shelf and test them to my trucks this was after I pointed it out to them. After ripping the owner a new one he offered to sell me a truck at whole sale. I told him I wouldn’t buy anything to support his shop and left.
