I purchased almost $1,000 worth of merchandise from NWBedding, including a mattress, box springs and frame. Within several months the frame came apart and we couldn't fix it. The bed has practically fallen apart now since there is nothing supporting the box springs. Today I went into the store to speak to someone about the frame falling apart. Their response, to a senior citizen with a broken bed, was ""Oh, they just didn't screw it together tightly"". We had gone to a few different mattress stores and when we came into NW Bedding, the staff was warm and helpful. The selection and quality were what we were looking for and we found a great bed. Had a great experience shopping there.

I felt as though the sales staff was knowledgable and willing to spend as much time with me as necessary.

I did not purchase at this store but I would go back and I will definately tell my friends and family :)
