I have lived in Northport Apts for 5 years. I love my apartment, washer and dryer in the unit, spacious interior. I hate the noise. The bedrooms are right next to the stairs so you hear everything, doors slamming and people running up and down the stairs. I went to view an apt at Northport and despite being much smaller than my current place it seemed nice. Once I left I thought about the lake and how that could draw more bugs. I lived there from 2002 to 2005, so I'm a little out of date, but hear me out. I really liked the 3rd floor that I was in, the window above the HUGE doorwall was nice, and all the appliances were 2002 and newer, which was nice. Can't beat the free heat and hot water either, both gas, which is great. The fixtures were very nice, and I really like the storage room.

I have been at Northport for on e and a half years and haven't had any problems. Maybe I just have quiet neighbors, but rarely hear any noise form them. The pricing and maintence is good. The only thing I wish that Northport had is carports.

Where to start... Fitness center that will never be finished(supposed to be and promised by staff by early spring).. A parking lot renovation that took 2 weeks and is not any better... Loud and obnoxious college punks... Bedrooms next to the stairs(Not a good idea-i was awaken at 3:30 this morning by drunk fools)..The staff is clueless.. 1 - 20'*10' pool for 1000 residents.. with like i said...
