I had Timothy Tusing as the loan officer. He is helpful, knowledgable, and always responded to my email questions within a day. The refinance took 3 months, but most of the time was spent waiting for the HELOC subordination. It would probably take less than half that time if you have only one mortgage. Tim has been very responsive whenever I asked him for an update.

This is the 1st time that I obtained a loan working solely through the internet. Kim was great!. She was thorough and very responsive. I would definitely work with her again.

We were a little hesitant in refinancing our home with a company we found on the internet, but we had a great experience. Our representative at NorthpointeBank, Timothy, was responsive and very knowledgeable and made the experience smooth.
