New owner is true to his word. We had problems with our original well dug by Northland's previous owners in 2009. New owner, David, was determined to correct the problem on principle, and even though he hadn't been responsible for the mess-up in the first place, he treated us fairly and our 2 year ordeal trying to resolve with old owners is done!
