I absolutely love living at Northgate. The office staff has become like a second family to me. I have never lived in a place where I truly felt like I knew everyone and saw so many familiar faces daily. My apartment is beautiful and it's super close to campus, walking distance easily.

I absolutely love living here at Northgate Lakes. The amenities are amazing, from two swimming pools to a movie theater there is always something going on. The staff in the office is also incredible and do everything they can to help you. I am definitely considering renewing for next year.

VERY disappointed in this community. They took my son's application fee, told him they had the floor plan he was looking for, then when he went to sign the lease, they made a mistake, sorry,THAT one isn't available, but we will rent you one that is more expensive. Wouldn't give him his fee back.

Great place to live if you are attending UCF. The sport fields are all within walking distance, which is great because the shuttle service doesn't run on Saturdays (football games) and only runs to 7:30 pm (evening soccer & basketball games end after the shuttle service ends). Northgate Lakes checked everything off on my checklist. They have great amenities, friendly staff, proximity to UCF and grocery stores, and more. Plus, I love the pet friendly environment where I can take little Sadie on puppy dates in the dog park!
