Northern Shores Grille is in the Marriott City Center. We had breakfast there, and it was a fairly typical Marriott: Nice buffet, decent a la carte menu options, and very friendly service. The all inclusive buffet is $18 per person.

Good food, great service, pricey

Stayed at the Marriott and stopped in for a quick meal. Had the Minnesota chicken salad sandwich and kids had quesadillas. Food quality was very good. Our server, Ellyn, was fantastic. She took great care of us. The place is pricey, but it is located within a hotel so it shouldn't be surprising.

This was one of the most bizarre and unsatisfying dining experiences I have ever had. We were dining with a large group of nine tonight because we had a meeting at the convention center. Our waitress took quite a while to take our order, but then our food took well over an hour to come, and our waitress never came...

More a bar than a restaurant. Great and attentive friendly service. I had the turkey BLT which was great and they had Summit Pale Ale on draft. Berry crumble and a great cup of espresso completed the experience. Excellent value for a hotel bar/restaurant.

I don't remember the waitress’s name, but she said that she had been at the Marriott for 20+ years. She was wonderful! If she didn't have an answer to a question, she found out for us. She was right on with the recommendations for food.
