Horrible service! I walked in with a heavy dead battery sat it down and was literally yelled at by the owner behind a bullet proof glass. I had no idea that it is highly important to make sure your battery is upright. When sitting the battery down the man said "place that upright" as if i was his "crackhead do boy" that knew better. He could have politely and urgently inform me to put the...
