If you want to live with rodents in a facility with uncaring staff this is the place for you. The neighbors are load. Issues go unresolved. Maintenance enters your home without knocking. I would not recommend living here.

The apartments are nice and spacious I have plenty of room, for my clothes and furniture and when I call for maintenance they come within a reasonable amount of time

Northbrooke has well priced rent for two bedroom apartments and townhomes. It is really close to grocery stores, gas station, and about 15 minutes from downtown Baltimore.

The complex is definitely priced accordingly. It is cheaper than most apartments in the vicinity. The appliances are well outdated, it does not come equipped with a dishwasher or microwave. It has a constant rodent and cockroach issue regardless of the cleanliness of your apartment. The hallways smell of drugs and the neighbors are inconsiderately loud. We had issues with the bathroom drains...

Northbrooke Township Apartments and Townhomes is minutes from Towson University, Morgan, Goucher, and Loyola Colleges. So close to I-695, yet it has a nice, rural feel.
