Contractor did a horrible job the first time; did not remove debris before putting down finish coat of lacquer, sanded large gouges in three places, and had many places with spills/drips, or no lacquer at all. They came back and 'resanded' the floor, but resanding only meant roughing it up with a 3M pad. They did not, even after being asked, wipe the debris up before relacquering again. I...
