Dirty, not maintained apartments. The majority of people who live there are scumbags who are loud, threaten people and sell drugs out of their apartments. Management does nothing to help maintain the apartments. The entire complex is infested with roaches. Do not live here!

I just called them and they told me that the apts dont have fridgerators and that you could rent on from them for $25 a month and that they didnt have any available wth

I was a very good tenant. I started off in a 2 bedroom and after 6 months they asked me to move into a 3 bedroom. I was NOT a loud noisy tenant. We kept to ourselfs. With that said, I would NOT recommend Northlake. They do not fix anything that needs to be fixed. Their floors are so thin that you hear every noise possible. Above me its a one bedroom appx 800 sq ft and there are 7 people living...

These apartments are very nice and can be very clean if the managment would be more strict and reporting on what type of activity occurs on the premises and also hires on more cop securities.
