We've been using this company for several years and couldn't be happier! They keep us informed of what needs to be done, when they are coming and what they are doing while there. They are very mindful if my pets and children and come when they say they will. The techs are top notch and know what they are doing. You can't go wrong with this company! Worth every penny!

The person arrived when promised and gave me a complete evaluation of the trees on my property. He found one small tree that needed spraying and did so - no charge. He then told me what I should do to bring back the tree to good health. I would call them again without hessitation.

I was very impressed with the response time to my inquiry. I got a call back within hours. My estimate was done within 2 business days, and the work was completed the day after I agreed to the service.

I did not quote out the job to other contractors as my birch tree needed urgent treatment, but the price seemed reasonable so I am giving 4 stars.

My trees were hit with both an insect scale and a fungus. They sprayed a Dormant Oil to treat the insect scale a couple of weeks ago. They were supposed to return and spray a chemical indicated by the NY State Agricultural Cornell University Extension Institure to treat the far more serious Swiss Needlecast fungus but they didn't show. Called several times and got their answering service. ...
