I bought a house with a rather noisy hot water heating system that otherwise worked fine. The noise carried thru the baseboards especially in the master bedroom. I looked up several solutions on the web but none of them corrected the problem. I called Norm's and he knew the exact fix. Turns out the noise was generated by the circulating pump and a pump from a different manufacturer eliminated...

Promised to come on Saturday for an emergency drain cleaning. Did not show. Did not call.

We had a serious emergency with the main drain backing up. They answered our phone call on Friday evening and promised to come on Saturday morning (and we agreed to time-and-a-half). They did not show up and did not answer the phone or repeated frantic messages.
