It's been a while since I went to Norman's, but my experience there was great. The mechanic was very accommodating and helpful--he explained why the check engine light was on and didn't lie about the severity to get me to pay more. My car was finished in one day and he gave me a discount because I had him fix my cabin fan too, which had been broken for a long time.

I had my '83 Mercedes towed in to Norman's because my key wouldn't turn, and I couldn't drive my car. He changed the ignition switch and made new keys in one day.
