Never disappointed. This is a place that doesn't get enough recognition. From the staff to the food I am always satisfied. This is the only place I recommend when someone is looking to try something new.

Rafiq & I "stumbled" on this incredible restaurant while we were on a "Fieldtrip--Holiday" skipping-out of our Truck Driver Training at CR England yesterday. We spent too much time at Olympic Stadium at the University and missed our Red-Line Light Rail UTA Train Ride to catch the #45 Bus to the discount theatre at Water Gardens across the street. We were both starving and walked in and were served by Taylor on the patio with a view of the recently "Re-snow-capped" Wasatch Mountains. We are regulars at the Normandy, and have enjoyed our visits for years. Recently, we note some absences from the desert menu, but more importantly, some deterioration in the outdoors upkeep. The flowerbeds need weeding, the grass is almost choked with weeds, and the parking strip trees have unwanted growth along the lower part of their trunks. So why the deterioration?
