Was driving through a property and could not believe my disappointment on how run down this place is. I have never in my life believed a place could rent out these mobile homes. The front of the park is nice but once you drive through you will not believe your eyes. Renter beware and look elsewhere.

Negligence of management on care of their property at eagle creek which should be called cat creek, there is a no pets sign but a tenant there has so many cats outside of his trailer. Trailers are run down when you call for repairs maintenance doesn't get the work order... they will take your money but don't care how the property looks.

If you rent from company you deserve what you get! Be warned. Initial half smiles from staff reveals and evil intent.
