If I could give them a negative review I would. They RUINED my favorite pair of Luccheses! I took my boots in to get a simple resole. When I picked them up the foot was shorter than it used to be so they no longer fit. The soles are lumpy. The nails used to attach the heel cap were driven in so far that they penetrated all the way through the insole and the metal can be seen and felt on the inside of the boots. Whatever you do, find somewhere else to take your boots.

I can't believe I paid this guy to ruin my boots.

I took 3 pairs of boots to be re-soled. First, you have to pay in advance for the work. Second, when I wore the first pair, the sole came off. Then the same thing with the second pair. And the third pair too. So, when I took them back I was told "too bad". I would have to pay the 65.00 again to have them redone. I suggested maybe, bad glue. I was told no way! Very dis-satisfied.
