I really like the customer service here. Everyone is so nice and friendly. No one is stuck up like at other retail stores. Plus, they have an amazing return policy where you can pretty much return something you don't like at any time. You don't have to stress if two weeks passed.

The department store offers exceptionally good and friendly service and has bargains every now and then.

All businesses should follow the Nordstrom model of customer service. There is no other business at this level of intelligence, care, pride, and long termrelationship building. They have my life long loyalty and that of everyone I know. They take great care of customers and I will always shop there.
