I switched medical groups from Norco to Riverside because Norco was awful. You can not leave a message for the nurse, and she NEVER answers her phone. When I was finally able to leave a message w/ the front desk, it took 2 days for a return call. Avoid! The doctor I saw wasn't worth staying for; if she'd been decent, I may have overlooked the incompetent/overworked staff, nope.
