Think of this place as the Panera of noodles. If you love Panera, you'll love it. If you hate Panera, you'll hate it. They're a chain (not my thing), but most  of the restaurants on this road are chains. The noodles fall mostly into two groups: Italian/Mediterranean and Asian. Quality food, prepared well at a reasonable price. We took a chance on Noodles and Company, as we were unfamiliar with them. Very glad we stopped. Friendly staff, prepared well and served quickly. We will definitely add this restaurant to our dining rotation

Ordered the Thai Hot pot and loved it. Perfect blend of spices, meat, noodles, and veggies. Would order it again. Pot stickers were good too. Saw at least 5 things I'd like to try off the menu. Yum!

This is an inexpensive restaurant. The menu is quite diverse, including italian pasta, beef stroganoff, thai noodles and japanese noodles to name just a few of their dishes. Most come just vegetarian with the option to add a meat or fish. Food is ordered in line and then delivered to your table.

Organic options, tasty good quality food. Better than opting for a fast food place. Beware that the Japanese pan noodles and Indonesian peanut sauté were full of flavor but very spicy. Excellent size portion and value for the money. I will go back!
