Client Centered Integrative Therapy
Prior to each session I encourage an open dialogue. I tailor the session accordingly- addressing & transforming each issue while strengthening your personal attributes. If applicable, I will also teach you the needed skills to stay on your desired path. I am always willing to answer any questions, with no obligation of scheduling an appointment.
Considering that hypnosis is effective for a vast array of issues, my experience has been quite eclectic as well. I specialize in assisting clients who are desiring change- whether it be overcoming phobias/ anxiety, or transforming negative habits into something more positive, to weight loss & quitting smoking.
With both forms of therapy, typically each client has proclaimed to me that not only do they feel wonderfully relaxed, but have also gained some type of significant personal insight after the treatment. In addition to face to face sessions, I have extensive experience with distance healing & Reiki with animals.
