I stopped in here today because I really needed a cut & color. They advertise they accept walk ins but I was turned away because the girl at the counter said "she" wouldn't have time until later....

I've been going to Noggins since they opened, so about 7 or 8 years. I went in at first because I worked next door and they brought in a flyer. I was just curious, but I will NEVER go anywhere else again. I have even moved to huntington and I STILL go all the way to that side of fort wayne for a haircut or style.
