Poor Customer Service
We found that the staff here were very rude to us during our entire stay. In particular a woman called KiKi. She presented herself like the owner but we found out that she's just the general manager...anyway major attitude problem here! Best steer well clear of her at the desk.
The rooms in this hotel were extremely small and there are no veiws from the small windows...except for a parking lot and an alley!
There were also a lot of funny charges on our final bill...like energy surcharge???
Lastly, the hotel is about 2-3 blocks from the Tenderloin. We had no idea it was so close. We thought that it was on top of Nob Hill and thats certainly how they present it to you on the phone at booking time.
No chance of ever coming back here
