They really need another tactic in making bagels efficiently. Even though I know there is a long wait (crowded or not), I sometimes come because I love bagel, and could deal with the long wait....

Noah's serves coffee and features bagels "schmeared" with virtually any topping you can imagine; from traditional kosher lox to maple-raisin-walnut and beyond. There's also hot lunch: pastrami sandwiches, chicken paninis and more. Soups, bagel dogs and take-home containers of schmears (the lox schmear is most popular at the Davis location) are also found here.
