Help us make it rightThis epic story begins on a cold winter day in February 2005. On that fateful day, four close friends united to form a pact to bring a modern Thai restaurant to the community. Got the Hubby out to eat some Thai with me. We pulled this resteraunt up online to check out the menu and really enjoyed how simple the menu was. The resteraunt has a fun history too.
It is not a sit down with waitstaff, you order your food and they call you up when it is ready.
Hubby went for weak sauce on his dish, I went for medium. Must remember that with Thai food medium is equal to american hot. It was nice to have a cup of Thai tea with the food. There is milk in Thai tea to help sooth the heat of the spices.

However, having just arrived home with what was supposed to be Pad Thai, I'm pretty disappointed to say that they messed up my order. What I got instead was a rice based dish and definitely not what …
