This is a butcher shop whose quality is tough to beat. You'll pay a little more than a chain grocery store, but you won't throw half of your meat out because it's fatty or tough. These folks will help if you have questions about which steak is best for the grill, recommend their favorite marinades, and provide just generally friendly...
