Great Pizza and Relaxed Bar
The Nines is an Ithaca and Collegetown classic restaurant and bar. It has great food, beer and live music. The crowd is both Cornellians and locals. Parking isn't plentiful on College Ave, so you probably should be prepared walk over and back. The deep dish pizza is the best dish.

By far the BEST pizza in Ithaca! Being a college town we have a TON of pizza joints. None can hold a candle to the Nines though. As earlier reviewers said, when the music is on it is too loud for "dining" (unless it's summer and you can eat on the patio). That being said, this is also a great place to check out the local music scene.

Even if you're not a deep dish fan, go for it here. It's not only some of the best deep dish you'll find, it's also the only good thing on the menu. Except for the corn fritters -- they're pretty damn tasty, even if they are courtesy of Sysco.
