Help us make it rightI called without hesitation to see how my aunt's house in Brooklyn was just great, Tempered Glass NYC, Company in New York is the best option they gave me a good price and the work they did really fast.
Nicole's Travel Agency did not deliver what I expected. The person I dealt with was rude, obnoxious and ghetto. And she is the President of the Agency! I recently took a trip to Riu Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for my sister's 50th birthday. We went in a group of 9 family members, when I got to the resort, 7 of the party was in one part of the resort and my wife and I was on the other side of the resort in a different building!! I was disappointed to say the least.
Consequently when I call Nicole's Travel Agency to complain, NO ONE WAS HOME! When I came home I spoke to the President of Nicole's Travel Agency and she completely "passed the buck" to the resort.
I gave her the money for the trip and she blamed it on RIU!
I when never use this travel agency again.
