In regards to real estate negotiations, I found Nick McLean to be very rude and condescending. I don't think this young man is very professional and I would not do business with him in the future. In my opinion, there are many real estate agents from which to choose, and I would go with a firm with some experience and professionalism.

Being first time home buyers we could not have had a WORSE experience with Nick. We put in an offer on a foreclosure that Nick was the listing agent on. He had a buyer directly through him and we went through our own realtor. Our bid was accepted over his buyers. From that moment on he was completely unprofessional, sneaky, and conniving.
