I have a FULL warranty, 90,000 miles, 6 years. WHY would they try to add extra crap on, not covered by warranty or try to charge me for items covered by warranty when I'm just coming in for recall maintenance?

I'm a Texan, I buy Fords, but I don't deal with this place, this one or Burleson.

I had to respond to your letter. First I am tired of ILLITERATE people like yourself complaining here. How can I tell you are illiterate, READ YOUR REPORT. But then again, that's how we make our money...we depend on morons like you.
Secondly, YOU AGREED to the contract with this company, WHY should we do what you asked for? If you can prove FRAUD about the difference between DEMO & RENTAL...

I purchased a 2000 Ford Windstar spring of 2001.
Approximately 1 yr later the transmission went out on vehicle, it cost me 2200.00 for repairs & another 173.00 for storage fees until i could get the money to pay for repairs, making grand total of 2373.00 to get car out of transmission shop.
When transmission was in for repair, I discovered vehicle did not have original factory...
