They are wonderful with kids!!!!

My son used to do karate but lost interest. I had heard a lot of great things about Nexus so we decided to try it and my husband and I are very impressed with the staff and the way that the instructors are so positive and instil confidence in our son and the other kids!!

This the best fitness program ever

After having back surgery a couple of years ago I have been very leery of working out in fear of re-injuring myself. Nexus Superfit Women's Only Boot Camp is the best thing I have ever done for myself. The classes are so empowering, and push you without overdoing it. I can honestly say that after only a month of training I feel much better emotionally and physically and have lost 11 pounds. I was so nervous at first, but Master Sargeant James and all the AMAZING ladies have been so positive and make me want to keep doing better. If you are looking for something to challenge you while having fun then you will find it with Nexus Superfit Women's Boot Camp!!
