Great service company they care about there customers your just not a number with them and they offer 24 hrs service like the big companies but still have the family small town feel

By mistake I called Newtown Heating and Air and had them come to my house yesterday because my heat was out. When they came, I realized that I had called the wrong person ... I have a contract with Ray's HVAC. The person who came told me that Ray's was out of business and that I need a new furnace for $3100. He also said that Ray's does not have authorization to work on my furnace, a Trane. I called Ray's today. He is not out of business. He can work on Trane. He came today. I do not need a new furnace. It was a dirty flue which he cleaned and I am up and running. Shameful, Newtown Heating...

this company doesnt honor the hours it says it'll be @ your home, they call and say the electrician will be late and he never shows up, when you call the office all you get is an answering service that takes your info, but you never get a phone call back to reschedule your appt,and all the answering service tells you is that they ARE SHORT STAFFED like i care, i'm the consumer here.terrible way to run a business,or maybe place a help-wanted ad newtown heating , shame on you!!!

Let me tell you - - it was HOT last week. Big Surprise...Air Conditioning did not work! These guys came out and took care of the job fast and we back up and running in no time!
