We had our upstairs AC stop working on a 100 degree plus day and they were able to send a technician the next day! The technician was friendly and professional with 15 years of HVAC experience. The repair was done well and we were very happy with Newcomb!

We called Newcomb and Company when our office air conditioner stopped working. Their technician came out to our office, claimed they fixed the unit, and then sent us a bill for over $600. The unit only cooled for a few hours and quit working almost immediately. We then called another company who came out to the office and found the air conditioner disassembled, and actually found the missing screws and some parts thrown into the woods next to the unit. The second company we called was able to fix and re-assemble the unit without incident, and the unit has worked fine since that time. Adding...
