I am now privy to a number of NYSC corporate policies that others may not be. First, freeze timing is unclear. I was told one thing over the phone and another in person. Clarify at the time you do this. Second, cancelling while on freeze will result in a penalty. So in the end I paid $60 for June, $15 to be on …

A solid NYSC. Good amount of machines - even during after-work peak times I can find some free. The location right above Grand Central is super convenient. One star off for weak air conditioning. When it's in the 80s outside, the air conditioning should really be stronger in a gym. I was warm even before beginning my workout.
