Actually pretty good place and they have 7 am appointments!!!! Works good with my schedule!!! Dentist is good - can't complain.

They need more staff , to check in and schedule appointments. The wait is ridiculous.

Make sure if you dropped you prescriptionespecially if it is the boss who took it, that they put an order for it:-( so inconvenient that when you came back for it after a week that it's not ready;(

I know the hygienist you are talking about. I work with her. Her full name is Wanda Lazaridis. She is very unprofessional. She has been with NYHTC for years and I don't understand how her behavior has been tolerated for so long. She has been known to take personal calls from men that she has had affairs with on the office phone. In 2010 she had a year long affair with a man that she called on the office phone 2 to 4 times a day. He also called constantly. She has also been caught in the supply closet talking on her cell phone while patients were waiting over an hour to be seen. ...
