Drove over an hour out of my way to purchase 2 fenders. After I was sent from one counter to another, I waited for over 30 minutes for them to pull my parts. Went back up to the counter and got someone looking for them, and they couldn't find my invoice. Only thing they gave me was my credit card receipt. Called five times...everytime I heard "...your welcome..." then hung up on me. Five Times! Got through, finally to accounts payable extension. I was afraid to ask him prices, so asked for an address. He wasn't sure, went to ask, then hung up on me. Wow. I'm a dealer that will pay the extra and deal with competent people, instead.
