Be very careful when the representative makes offers that sound too good to be true. We were promised free HD if we bundled with Century Link, and even though we called and bundled immedieatly, the process took too long and we were not eligible. Very honest representative signed me up for Dish Network. He even explained the "fine print" stuff that dish network doesn't usually explain like the fact that the first Bill is always for two months service! Recommended!!!

Answered phone immediately, got me to right person immediately, answered my questions and even added information that will make a difference in my satisfaction with product and service. Thanks for a good experience. Will definitely use this company in the future and would recommend to others.
