Old, poor amenties, very nice staff, would recommend others in area

AC doesn't work, extremely hot and no air circulation in rooms (if you are staying in summer). Staff are very nice and tried to do what they could, but rooms are in pretty old state so they can only switch you so many times. Many are musty and smell like smoke, ours was ok because we asked for a better room. Pool has not been in service in years. For the price, I would recommend looking for...

Check-in took forever, and the lady working just acted like I was an inconvenience. I had called the hotel because I wanted to confirm they were pet friendly which they were, but no mention was given about a pet fee. I was given grief about the king room that I had selected because it was "not pet friendly". The excuse I was given was because of "allergies", others staying in the hotel might...
