Attention to detail is what made me love this company. They repaired my area rug (its an old oriental area rug of my grandmothers.) It was always in my basement, decided I wanted it fixed so I can actually have it out in the living room. They repaired the hole and the fringe where it looks like it was in good condition the whole time. Awesome Company

Clean, speedy, fair prices and exeptional customer service. Having an area rug in my basement, I wanted it cleaned to put it in my living room. I recieved the carpet, the delivery man unrolled my area rug, and very pleased with the cleaning work that was done.
I have finally fixed something that I've been putting off for a while. My carpet had developed some bumps in it. I had no idea on how to fix it. Then a friend recommended Flat Rate and he told me that they fix that sort of thing. So I had them fix my lumpy carpet. The results are perfect. So convenient to have them do that for me.
I'm so busy so services like the free pick-up and deliver with the rug cleaning are super valuable to me. They do a really good job and you just can't beat the convenience.

I love how the staff at Flate Rate really know their stuff. They have specific methods for every type of rug. I occasionally need small repairs and they always know how to do it. Recently my old rug needed some re-weaving and they took care of it for me. Definitely more than just a cleaning service.
