called laura godfrey because spa was not heating. said we need a new pump and we had to pay up front. $600 plus dollars later spa still not working. Laura will not respond to phone calls or the BBB. oh and she took the new pump with her. Turned out to be a $24 heating element.beware because she is very nice and seems knowledgable till she gets your money.
Laura came out to my house on a Friday and told us we needed a new circulating pump, and promised to return the following Tuesday for the install. She did not show up and after repeated phone calls, she finally showed up only to tell me the flow switch was bad. I personally called the spa company and they told me that the symptoms the spa was having was a flow switch problem all along, and when...
I would not recommend using this company. When things on the spa starting breaking the owner was very non responsive. She claimed to have called the warranty company but when I finally had enough and decided to call them myself they informed me they never spoke to her and wasn't aware of any issues with my spa. I had to file a formal complaint with the better business bureau.
