I would have to totally disagree with the review dated 1/27/09. This is an awful place to work. Terrible benefits, the managers ignore you, and the other employees are not friendly and there isn't any teamwork there. The building itself could be better, it's a cheap place with multiple heating problems as well as other problems. I would not recommend this place to anyone who decides to work here. Think twice before applying here, trust me you won't be happy!!!!

I have worked at New England Medical Billing for several years and have to say its a great place. The managers are very nice, helpful and friendly. The benefits are great and the flexibility offered to their employees is second to none! The facility is also a plus (new building). They truly employ a team concept that extends from the President through the managers to the newest employee. Keep up the good work !!

New England Medical Billing is now located in Rumford, RI. They are one of the worst places to work for. The people that work there are rude, unfriendly, and very shady. The managers are 2 faced, they promise you things that they never deliver. I've worked there for 9 months and couldn't take it anymore, this place is so shady. They micromanage, watch everything that you do, they are sneaky, rude and unfriendly, there's so much turnover there, I couldn't count how many people have come and gone from that place.
