I got quick service, excellent price, and a quality futon frame and mattress. Joe was really knowledgeable and helped me choose the right frame and mattress for my college age student, while still keeping the price reasonable. And she'll be able to use it as an extra bed when she gets her own apartment after college too:) I highly recommend New England Mattress and Futon for all your sleep needs.

I spoke to the owner about the different mattress types and frames. I was the only customer in the store. He seemed quick to want me to commit to a purchase after being there for 5 or 10 minutes....

We have bought several Mattresses and two futons from Joe and Charlie over the last Fifteen years. They are knowledgable and honest. I just bought a second king set the price was great. They even have a man who will take my old set to be recycled, it is an extra fee but I would pay the same amount for the town to trash it.
